Refund policy

We do offer a 30 day return or exchange policy as follows:

All merchandise (besides drinkware & Mystery Bundles) that has not been warn, washed, damaged by smoke, or installed can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Customers are liable for all return shipping costs incurred to get the product back to our facility in Temecula, CA. Exchanges for a different size will not be charged any outbound shipping fees when shipped to a US address. For international exchanges, Babes in the Dirt will pass on all shipping and duty charges to the customer.

Please contact customer service by e-mailing shop@babesrideout.com in advance to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of the purchase date. Any products returned to Babes in the Dirt without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to sender with no questions asked. Customer’s will be liable for all freight charges incurred on incoming exchanges and must provide return shipment tracking for their return.

***Since we can't verify if a cup or bottle has been used, no orders for drinkware can be returned for a refund or exchange.
